Which country just can't put their cellphone down?

In a study from a world bank dataset, we were able to compare mobile phone subscribers per country. The United States became third after a close race with India. The least amount of subscribers comes from American Samoa, with 10,634 subscribers and the greatest is in China, with 4,690,094,000. Could this be contributed to the immense population, or are they truly addicted to their technology?
